Analysis & study of the need
As part of my responsibilities, I am used to ensuring that users' needs are taken into account. To do this, I conduct a thorough analysis of the current organization and processes.
My goal is to identify any gaps and dysfunctions, in order to propose optimization solutions.
The design & illustration of the proposed solutions
Following my analysis, I am used to designing a solution that takes into account technical and operational constraints.
To illustrate the final result, I use various specification and mock-up tools. This allows me to present my work in a clear and precise way.
Implementation of IT projects
Once the solution has been validated, I manage its implementation and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
I also ensure compliance with quality standards, and work closely with managers and service managers to implement the solution effectively and smoothly.
Implementation of KPI’s for our internal and external activities
In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the activity, I am used to setting up performance indicators that help managers track progress, manage the activity, and make informed decisions.
These indicators also allow me to measure the effectiveness of the implemented solution and make any necessary adjustments.
